The V (visitor) notation is recorded on the transcript in credit courses for students enrolled as a visitor on a non-credit basis. Choice of the V (visitor) notation must be communicated by the student to the Office of the Registrar during the first 1/14th of the course (displayed as Open Adds End in the student information system Class Search) and may not be changed after that date.
