Geochemical thermodynamics, kinetics, and analytical techniques applied to aqueous geochemistry, with a focus on water-rock interactions within the critical zone. Combines theory, modeling, and case studies to explore speciation, activity, dissolution/precipitation reactions, redox processes, surface complexation, and human/societal impacts within geochemistry.
