Description:
The federal taxation of corporations and shareholders and related financial accounting implications resulting from the formation of, operation of, distributions from, and liquidation of corporations. Mine data and use data visualization techniques to analyze and understand data. Use statistical methods (correlation, regression) to understand relationships among data and to forecast future outcomes under different assumptions.
