Description:
Market forces affecting consumer and business spending applied to the management of real estate assets. Theoretical analyses, practical analyses, and hospitality industry specific cases requiring the use of spreadsheet software and technical writing skills. Application of operations expertise to capital investment and disposition decisions. Management contracts, franchise agreements, capital budgets, capital markets, capital structures, labor, market cycles, and brand decisions.
