Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are verified documents sent directly from MSU to another individual, institution, or organization.

Electronic Transcripts

Michigan State University offers electronic official transcripts through Parchment Award services for a processing fee of $10 per transcript.

  • If you wish to send your transcript to multiple recipients, there will be a $10 fee for each.
  • Requesting multiple copies to one recipient, at one time, will result in only one $10 fee.
  • You will be able to add multiple transcript orders to your cart and pay for everything in a single transaction.
Electronic transcripts through Parchment are accepted by professional school admissions (AMCAS, LSAC, VMCAS, etc.). Many organizations will accept a Parchment transcript as an authenticated document in place of a notarized, physical copy, so check with recipients before seeking notarized copies.
