Office of Institutional Equity

The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) is responsible for reviewing and responding to concerns related to discrimination and harassment under the University’s Anti-Discrimination Policy and Policy on Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct.  OIE responds to reported incidents by providing access to resources and supportive services and campus, sharing information about individual rights and options, and investigating allegations of prohibited harassment and discrimination.  OIE also provides training on these policies and works collaboratively with other units on campus to encourage best practices and promote a culture of caring and respect.
