Graduation Application

Submit this application on or before the end of the first week of the semester you expect to complete your degree requirements. This will assure the listing of your name in the commencement program.

If you expect to complete your degree requirements during Summer semester, submit this application on or before the end of the first week of Spring semester. This will assure your name will be listed in the Spring/Summer commencement program.

Undergraduates can view the GPA Thresholds required for achieving graduation honors by term on the Graduation Honors page.


For students with MSUNetId and Password, fill out the on-line graduation application form.

For students without MSUNetId and Password, print and complete the hard copy graduation application form and fax or mail it to the Office of the Registrar.

If you are applying for a previous semester, print and complete the hard copy graduation application form and fax or mail it to the Office of the Registrar.
